Privacy Policy

Last updated August 1, 2026

InfiniPoker is made by Pawnbreak Studios. This page covers what we collect on infinipoker.com, which is not much, and what we do with it.

Your email, if you give it to us

The only personal information we ask for is an email address, and only if you enter one into the update prompt. We use it to send occasional notes about major InfiniPoker updates: new game types, significant features, and the Pro launch. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

The list is hosted by MailerLite, which stores the address and handles sending on our behalf. Their handling is covered by MailerLite’s privacy policy.

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also write to contact@pawnbreakstudios.com and ask us to remove you, or to tell you what we hold. We will do it.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, whichever happens first. There is no fixed expiry date, because the point of the list is to be able to reach you when something significant ships, and that may be a while. Unsubscribing takes you off the list. If you would rather we erase the record entirely, say so and we will.

How we count visits

We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It is cookieless. It stores nothing on your device and cannot follow you to other sites.

What it records is aggregate: page views, the country a visit came from, and the general type of device and browser. We also count a handful of events about how the site behaves, such as whether the game finished loading, roughly how long that took, and whether someone closed the update prompt. None of it is attached to your name, your email address, or anything else that identifies you, and we have no way to work backward from it to a person.

What we store in your browser

When you dismiss the update prompt, we save a single value in your browser’s local storage so it does not keep asking. That value records only whether you subscribed or asked us to stop showing it. It never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

What we do not collect

There are no accounts on InfiniPoker, so there is nothing to log into and no profile to build. We do not take payment information. There is no real money play, so there is no financial or identity verification.

The game itself

The poker client is a Unity build served from this site and runs in your browser. Standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, are recorded by our hosting provider as part of delivering the site. Those logs are used for operating and debugging the service.

Who else handles your data

Two companies process information on our behalf, and only on our behalf. Neither is allowed to use it for their own purposes.

MailerLite stores the email list and sends the messages, under their privacy policy. Vercel hosts the site and provides the analytics described above, under theirs.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can write to contact@pawnbreakstudios.com and ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it, at no charge, and we will not treat you any differently for asking.

If you are in the EU or the UK: our legal basis for holding your email address is your consent, which you gave when you entered it into the prompt. You can withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing or by writing to us. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

If you are in California, or another US state with a privacy law: those laws give you the right to know what is collected, to get a copy, and to have it deleted. Honoring them here is straightforward, because we collect one thing, an email address you chose to give us, and we do not sell or share personal information.

Children

InfiniPoker is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us an email address, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page. InfiniPoker is in active development, so this is likely to grow as features land.
